Description

This retail skill set offers comprehensive introductory training, designed to cultivate essential employability skills and provide you with invaluable insights into the dynamic retail industry. This course is focused on providing you with hands-on, practical training to ensure you're fully prepared to step into a retail role with confidence right from the start. Throughout this course, you'll learn important skills like creating appealing visual merchandise displays, managing point-of-sale terminals, and mastering essential customer service skills.

This course also gives you credit for six units towards the Certificate III in Retail (SIR30216) qualification, which you can then go on to complete your studies and be ready to take your career in the retail industry to the next level.
